The river was alive this morning. Blues, Jacks & Sharks chasing down all White poppers. All white Clousers did the same plus a Tarpon that was lost boat side.

10/14/19

After 2 weeks in Italy we hit the lights this morning. Fishing was very tuff trying to compete with all the Mullet. We got 1 tiny Snook & lost another. When the sun came up we had a blast with Jacks on poppers. There were schools all over they ranged in size from 5” to some down right brutes. Also managed 1 small Blue Fish.

Hit the beach this morning & it was rough & very windy. Will be away for a few weeks so there will be no reports till mid October

Dock lights fished really well again this morning. White/Olive 2” baitfish pattern. Sun came up & hit some sea walls & got a small Jack on a White popper

This evening we hit a golf pond & struck hold. 3” all White ultra hair baitfish pattern with pearl flash.

Dock lights were on fire this morning. Bridge was loaded with Mullet & small Pilchards. We did get 1 Snook on the bridge. Size 2 white/olive baitfish pattern about 2” long.

Sun came up & all we could get on an all white gurgled was a Lady fish.

Dock lights fished very good this morning. White/Olive bait fish pattern bout 3 1/2” long. Used 1 fly all morning.

We had a very good morning on the Snook. Hooked up on 1st cast which usually is a bad sign. Had them on poppers 4” white mullet pattern & white/olive baitfish pattern. When sun came up we went up river looking for Tarpon. Found them just couldn’t get a bite.

We had a decent morning considering the 20-30 mph wind. Size 2 all White Albie Whore took Snook & popper for Jacks.

White/Pink/Olive size 2/0 Wiggly took this Fresh Water Snook. Then the rain came.
