Dock lights fished very good this morning. White/Olive bait fish pattern bout 3 1/2” long. Used 1 fly all morning.

We had a very good morning on the Snook. Hooked up on 1st cast which usually is a bad sign. Had them on poppers 4” white mullet pattern & white/olive baitfish pattern. When sun came up we went up river looking for Tarpon. Found them just couldn’t get a bite.

We had a decent morning considering the 20-30 mph wind. Size 2 all White Albie Whore took Snook & popper for Jacks.

White/Pink/Olive size 2/0 Wiggly took this Fresh Water Snook. Then the rain came.

Evening report.

Hit a pond this morning before heading up to the 2nd day of the Guide Gathering.

All white wig hair 3” baitfish pattern with pearl flash took this Snook.

We’re having a lot of wind lately & supposed to continue through the weekend.

Dock lights fished ok this morning. Only got into a few small Snook. Headed up river & for 2 hours we had shots at rolling Tarpon but just couldn’t get 1 to eat.

Wind was really brutal this morning but we christened the new Bay Boat with a slot Snook. Size 2 all white Schminnow.

We’ve been having some serious wind & some rain this week. Look’s like a tropical storm’s going through this weekend. So between the weather & picking up a new boat for the river not much fishing. Went out thid morning by the house to fish the fresh water pond’s & got my 1st FW Tarpon. Brown over Tan Clouser on a size 2 about 1″ in length

After getting broken off by a tarpon last night we got some redemption on a very nice Snook this morning. Lost another 1. There was a lot of Pilchard’s, Mullet, & Rain Bait on the beach this morning. Both fish today were taken on a 2/0 White/Chartreuse wig & jig Clouser.
