What a thought morning as the wind was brutal

but Davis got it done.

3/6/21

Cold snowy morning but we ended the trip with a few fish. Nothing big. Olive size 14 Caddis pupa took fish.

3/5/21

Sunny a little breeze in the upper teens this morning. But it felt much colder. Only fished the morning fishing a black/red egg sucking leech. Hooked 7 Steelhead landing only 1. Saw plenty of backing on most of the fish. Lost a really nice 1 as it got hung up on the bottom. To cold to take fish out of the water. Gills will freeze & fish won’t survive

3/4/21

Cold & breezy today. The wind made it feel even colder. Hooked into a few hot chromers today & couldn’t even stop them Small olive caddis were the go to fly for us.

Small white Clousers , tan/ brown Clousers & 2” white baitfish patterns is what we used.

Now to figure out how to get a Gheenoe.
